Refund and Returns Policy

At Crafts & Cloaks we want you to be happy with every purchase. This page explains our refunds and returns process and what to expect when you request a return or refund.

Returns eligibility

Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items showing signs of wear damage or laundered will not be accepted for return. Personalized or custom made items cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

How to request a return

To start a return please contact our customer support by email at [Add your email here] or by phone at [Add your phone number here]. Provide your order number the item name and the reason for the return. We will reply with return authorization and instructions.

Return shipping and costs

If the return is due to our error for example wrong item or a defect we will cover return shipping. If you are returning by choice you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and offer a replacement repair or refund depending on stock and the nature of the defect.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color please contact us to check availability. If the exchange is approved send back the original item following the return instructions and place a new order for the replacement if required. We will advise if any price difference applies.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

International orders

Return shipping for international orders may take longer and additional customs rules may apply. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes unless the return is due to our error. Contact us for guidance before returning international orders.

Non returnable items

Personalized items final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether your item is returnable contact customer support with your order details.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not shipped may be canceled and refunded in full. Once an order has shipped cancellation is treated as a return following the return process.
